At KBN Jewellery, we hand-stamp each piece to order using traditional tools and techniques. Because of the way we stamp—by hammering directly into the metal—there can be a light imprint on the reverse side of the pendant. For this reason, we don’t offer double-sided stamping, as it may affect the clean finish on the front. Each personalised pendant is carefully stamped, polished, and made to last—crafted with beauty and meaning in mind.

At KBN Jewellery, every order is handled with care by our in-house team. Our customer care team are here to support you from first click to final delivery, answering questions and assisting with custom requests. Meanwhile, our skilled jewellery makers handcraft each piece in our Brisbane studio, ensuring quality and attention to detail at every step. Whether it’s a birthstone, birthflower, or constellation design, each card shares the unique symbolism behind your selection. We also include sentiment cards with our most-loved pieces like the Cross My Heart and Sun, Moon and Stars necklaces, making them even more meaningful to gift or wear. Every order comes with a Maker Card too – introducing the maker of your piece and linking to our online jewellery care guide.
